Awarded annually to a full-time, undergraduate student who has a high academic standing from grade 12 or equivalent. The student must also demonstrate financial need and have a record of leadership and community service.

This award is renewable each year of the recipient's four-year degree at Saint Mary's, permitted they meet the terms as outlined below. The scholarship will be renewed based on good academic standing with a minimum of 4.0 credits obtained at Saint Mary's University.

Students must demonstrate financial need and a record of leadership and service to the University and wider community. In the event that a student does not meet the requirements for renewal, another recipient will be selected to receive the scholarship ( and potential remaining renewals) based on the criteria outlined above. This student must be in the same year of study as the student who was previously receiving the scholarship so as to ensure that there continues to be scholarship representation within each year of study of the undergraduate degree program at Saint Mary's University.
