Awarded annually to a full-time, undergraduate student from Nova Scotia who, without financial aid, would be unable to pursue post-secondary education at Saint Mary's University. Scholarships will be awarded and renewed based on satisfactory academic achievement (75% out of high school or QPA 2.5 for renewable scholarships) and continued full-time enrolment.

Students must be enrolled in full-time study and maintain a course load per year sufficient to complete their undergraduate degree within four years. Preference will be given to students who are the first in their immediate families to attend a post-secondary institution. This award is renewable each year of the recipient's four-year degree at Saint Mary's permitted they meet the terms as outlined above.
